A family fun day came to Playden at the weekend in the form of classic cars, antiques valuations and a human fruit machine. The grounds of Salcote Place were opened to the public, in a bid to raise money for St Michaels Church. People flocked to the house which boasts stunning views, raising five thousand pounds.
