How would you describe yourself? Impulsive, impatient, grounded, bright but slightly dizzy at times, over-sensitive, a worrier, passionate, loyal, prone to lapses in concentration, occasionally over-familiar, creative, forgetful, often late.

What do you love? Cinnamon and nutmeg on my tall skinny vanilla latte... The excitement of online shopping arriving, be it groceries or shoes... Jeans that fit - perfectly.

What irritates you? My Inbox spiralling out-of-control... Feeling obliged to tip when the service has been dreadful... People who say "money doesn’t buy you happiness" - (yeah but I bet it would help).

Any vices? Anything on the box presented by Kirsty n Phil or involving make-overs... Cheese (I’m unable to pace myself so no longer buy it)... Needlessly expensive greetings cards.

The winner was Ross Clarke from the Havering and Mayesbrook Club, his time of 25 minutes 43 seconds was a new course record. The first lady home was Gill Wheeler from Hailsham Harriers with a time of 30 minutes 23 seconds. The first wheelchair athlete home was Taylor Leigh from Filsham Wheelers, 23 minutes 10 seconds. Arrow FM’s Andy Knight managed to complete the course in a more leisurely 45 minutes!
