The fact that Robbie was thinking of working with some of his former Take That bandmates was possibly the worst kpt secret in the music industry - and finally, after much waiting, speculation, and hype, here it is! This track will be featured on Robbie's forthcoming Greatest Hits compilation, 'In And Out Of Consciousness' which is due for release on October 11th. This single is available to download from October 3rd - and don't forget to check out the Brokeback Mountain style video and typically Robbie lyrics! Even Toys R Us get a mention.

New To The Evening Show: ORIANTHI

The debut album 'Believe' is out on September 13th, featuring the single 'According To You'

'she plays like Slash....doing the sort of things with her fingers that Michael Jackson used to do with his feet'....said The Guardian.

With word quickly spreading from the US, the end of the summer sees the UK release of 'According To You', the debut single from Australian singer-songwriter and guitarist extraordinaire Orianthi. The 25 year old was going to be Michael Jackson's lead guitarist for his comeback shows and features heavily in the documentary 'This Is It'. The single has already sold more than one million copies in the US, and has clocked up 8 million views on You Tube. She is currently touring the States having already supported the likes of Prince, Steve Vai, and Santana.

22 year old Ellie Goulding is tipped for big things - she'll pick up the Critics Choice Award at The BRITS later this month, and releases her new single 'Starry Eyed' on February 22nd. he's already toured with Little Boots and kicks off her own headline tour in the Spring. She joined Pete on Wednesday, February 10th.

He's the 26 year old Australian who taken the music world by storm during 2009 with two Top 10 singles (Change & Red) a Top 5 album (Love & War) and a critically acclaimed duet with Adele.

TINCHY STRYDER & WAR CHILD

Tinchy has sold more singles this year than any other male artist in the UK, and has racked up 2 number ones. He is part of 'The Young Soul Rebels' - a group of leading urban artists whop have teamed up to record a single for the War Child charity. Tinchy, plus VV Brown and Ben Knowles from War Child joined Pete on October 14th to talk about the project.
